Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless an order arrives incorrect or damaged.

Custom and made-to-order units may only be canceled if production and preparation of the unit has not yet begun. Preparation may include, but is not limited to: inventory sourcing, lace customization, construction preparation, bleaching, plucking, styling preparation, or other customization work.

Approved cancellations for custom or made-to-order units may be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee to cover materials, payment processing fees, and preparation costs already incurred.

Hair accessories, digital products, tutorials, eBooks, vendor lists, courses, and similar digital/downloadable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
