Sezzle Payments

 -By paying with Sezzle , it allows customers to purchase our products in 4 installments!

-You do not have to wait until your installments are all fulfilled before you receive your order !

-Sezzle Payments are only offered on orders over $150.00

-You pay the first installment payment today and your order will be fulfilled as normal . (Please view our policy for processing time frames as they may vary from product type)

-Your order must total $150 usd or more (excluding shipping & taxes) in order to use Sezzle Payments

-Once your order has been processed with Sezzle you will contact them for the following :

*Questions regarding payment date

*If you need to change the account you Originally paid with

*If you need to change your payment date

*Returned Payments

*Approvals or Denials for Sezzle Payments

*Refunds on orders Paid through Sezzle (Returns are not Permitted, this is for special cases only)

 

SHIPPING:

-All Domestic orders over $20 will be shipped via FedEx

-All international orders and orders under $20 will be shipped via USPS

-Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days, Expedited Shipping is 1-2 Business Days (please keep in mind shipping time frame is additional to order fulfillment time frame)

-Once Item is in transit, we are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages, however we will do our best to ensure our client is satisfied and knowledgeable of expected Delivery date.

-ALL domestic WIG ORDERS include $100 insurance incase lost or damaged 

-All orders require a signature upon delivery

-Once Label is created, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address OR phone number used to place order on www.TheDreyaMichelleBrand.com

-All orders will ship the TUESDAY after  processing time is complete

ORDERS 

- For All Units, orders must be paid in full at time of booking unless buyer is purchasing though a 3rd party payment processor such as Sezzle, After pay, Etc. 

-All wig Orders will be fulfilled within 14 Business Days

-All Accessory orders will be shipped within 48 business hours

-In the event of a discrepancy regarding order fulfillment time, customer will be notified & given options 

-All Orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

-All orders will begin processing the following business day (ex: order placed Wednesday @ 2pm , orders processing time start the next day which is Thursday)

-The Dreya Michelle Brand LLC is not responsible for unit sizing issues and refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

-When Placing any wigs order , the head circumference is required. 

-Each unit is carefully designed and styled and will be examined upon completion to ensure it meets our standards. In addition to examination it will undergo a wig completion checklist,This makes sure that every criteria is met.

Coloring Service

-Color shades appear different in different lighting 

-Each unit will NOT come out the exact same color 

-Highlighted units will vary based on hair placement  

MEASUREMENTS:

-We Are Not Responsible for too Big or Too Small Units. Please view our measurement chart & Video on our Instagram/Facebook/Twitter and Website for reference on How to Properly Measure your Head Before placing your order.

    -Knowledge of head circumference is required when purchasing any wig , as they range in size S-XL (21”- 24”)

     

    RETURN POLICY:

    All Sales Are Final No Refunds or Exchanges

    -Due to the Nature of our products and Federal Health Regulations ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO EXCEPTIONS

    - You are allowed a refund on Wig Orders IF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNIT HAS NOT BEGUN. (Cap Preparation, Knot Bleaching, inventory ordered , Plucking are examples of beginning of construction)   

    -We do not accept Returns or Exchanges under any circumstances (This includes but not limited to all products such as wigs, hair, styling tools, and false eyelashes)

    -If there is a mistake on our end, you must communicate and return the product within 3 days of delivery receipt. Once Lace is cut or unit is altered in any way, we will NOT accept the return. We will only accept units which are unworn and unaltered in any way.

     

    UNIT MAINTENANCE

    -We Are not Responsible for how buyer installs/alters units (this includes but not limited to Styling and heat styling, Lace tinting, Lace cutting, Chemical altering, Coloring / Bleaching or Excessive Product Usage)

    -It is up to the buyer to maintain and properly install unit to ensure its Longevity.

     

    FRONTAL AGREEMENT FORM

    I Fully Understand that Frontal Wigs will consist of the following below:

    -High Maintenance

    -Will require an additional 25-30 minutes daily for proper application (If adhesive is not used).

    -Will not Damage my natural hair or edges and will promote healthy hair growth WITH PROPER APPLICATION.

    -Can have a tendency to Shed or accumulate balding spots due to normal wear and tear.

    -Are better suited for daily take off and on.

    -Are ideal for occasions and are NOT every day wig units.

    -Requires gentle attention and daily maintenance.

    -Sleek Hairlines Will speed the normal process of lace thinning/balding

    -Requires "How to" knowledge " i.e.; how to blend hairline.

    Please note we do offer a frontal replacement service which will results in a reconstruction fee and cost of a new frontal.

    Remember: Lace is a Fabric and is sometimes very delicate

      

    CUSTOMIZATION

    *Lace Sheds and hairline customization such as bleaching knots, plucking the hairline and cutting baby hair, will decrease the life of the lace.

    * When customizing and already customized unit, whether partially or fully customized you are speeding the natural shedding/balding process on the lace.

    *ALL LACE WILL BALD OVER TIME
