ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final & Exchanges are not allowed . Custom Orders may be refunded IF preparation of the unit has not begun. Preparations are = ordered inventory , lace customization, Cap prep. A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded Custom wig order . Extensions & lace are not kept on hand. and are available for pre order only. therefore they are non refundable . Hair accessories are non refundable Digital Products such as tutorials , vendors list , ebooks , courses , etc are non refundable Disputes are not permitted ! By completing a purchase with The Dreya Michelle Brand you are agreeing to our policies and waiving all right to file a dispute against us Disputes hurt the integrity of our business and we would prefer to handle any situation directly with our consumer Billing & shipping address must match or order will be cancelled For all orders over $100 you are required to send/upload a photo of your ID showing name and address & a photo of your card showing only the last 4 digits .

Shipping

All packages are shipped through USPS . Each Package comes with $100 insurance Signatures are required for all packages over $50 Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind shipping time is separate from processing time Processing time is 21 business Days ( Ready to Ship wigs are shipped within 72 hours ) Once a tracking number is generated, we are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages, however we will do our best to ensure our customer is satisfied.
