Wig/Extension Maintenance
•The Dreya Michelle Brand is not responsible for how buyers install, alter, maintain or handle their wigs/extensions or lace after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:excessive heat styling, lace tinting, lace cutting, chemical alterations, coloring/bleaching, excessive product usage, improper maintenance, or poor handling.
•Proper maintenance and installation are the responsibility of the buyer and play a major role in the longevity and overall condition of the unit.
•For best results, maintenance services and chemical alterations should be preformed by The Dreya Michelle Brand or another licensed/professional stylist experienced in working with wigs/extensions.
Shipping Policy
•All orders are shipped through FedEx.
•Orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
•Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once the order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times. Processing times vary by product and are listed within each individual product description.
•All packages include up to $100 insurance coverage through the shipping carrier.
•Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Dreya Michelle Brand is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns whenever possible.
•Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and may change due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Digital products, including tutorials, eBooks, vendor lists, and courses, are automatically delivered to the email address entered at checkout. Please ensure all contact information is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns & Refund Policy
•Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless an order arrives incorrect or damaged.
•Custom and made-to-order units may only be canceled if production and preparation of the unit has not yet begun. Preparation may include, but is not limited to: inventory sourcing, lace customization, construction preparation, bleaching, plucking, styling preparation, or other customization work.
•Approved cancellations for custom or made-to-order units may be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee to cover materials, payment processing fees, and preparation costs already incurred.
•Hair accessories, digital products, tutorials, eBooks, vendor lists, courses, and similar digital/downloadable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
•Please carefully review all order details, measurements, product descriptions, and policies before completing your purchase.
