Why don't you install outside wigs ?
By installing our wigs , we can ensure the quality and results are 100% up to our standards and our clients !
What are your payments options?
We accept payments via Debit/Credit Cards , payment plans via Klarna , Affrim & Shop Pay. Cash is accepted for Local clients.

Do you offer local / in person pick up?
Yes ! Your order must be fulfilled online and "in person pick up" selected upon checkout.
Do you Ship to Canada?
It is our goal to soon expand and offer international shipping options. As of now we ship throughout the US. Please do not let that stop you from shopping with us ! If you require international shipping, send us an email. We would love to assist you!
Can I return or exchange my wig or bundles ?
All sales are final, including but not limited to wigs , bundles , ebooks/digital products , tutorials, classes , accessories, services etc.Due to the nature of these products, exchanges are not permitted.

How long do your wigs last?
Our wigs last 2-5 years with proper maintenance and installations .
It is up to the buyer to properly maintain their wigs / extensions to get maximum longevity !

What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?
- Closures are Generally lower Maintenance and beginner friendly , They typically cover the middle of your forehead/hairline area , however they can also cover the sides of your head between your temple and ear ! They allow for daily removal & installation
- Frontals are high maintenance, provides more versatility, lace covers your entire hairline , not beginner friendly, requires installation.
When will you have more ready to ship units available?
Ready to ship units are uploaded at random times and/or when we have a restock. If you are unable to catch a ready to ship unit , it is recommended that you place a custom order. To Be sure you don't miss out on the Next Restock , be sure to join our email list .
