Wig Servicing Include a range of maintenance and repairs that aide in the longevity of your wigs lifespan.

Wig Maintenance is an important part of your wigs upkeep and ensures your wig stays flawless!

Wig repairs help maintain the quality of your wig by replacing worn out lace , fixing any holes / tears, or resizing your unit to ensure maximum comfortability.

These Services help to keep wigs Looking and feeling their best.

Standard Processing time is 15 Business Days .

Rush Processing is 3-5 Business Days. There is an additional fee of $55 for any rush services.

Processing days do not include weekends , Holidays or days the business is Closed .

Processing times are separate from Shipping times. We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are dropped off to the shipping carrier & tracking number is provided.

We will not bleach any wigs / extensions that are not ours as we can't guarantee the quality and the outcome!

You MUST provide 100% Human Hair wigs / extensions .

(Synthetic blends are not accepted)

Custom Orders may be refunded IF preparation of the unit has not begun. Preparations are = ordered inventory , lace customization, Cap prep. A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded Custom wig order . Not all Extensions & lace are not kept on hand and may be pre ordered , therefore they are non refundable . Hair accessories are non refundable Digital Products such as tutorials , vendors list , ebooks , courses , etc are non refundable COMPANY POLICY Wig/Extension Maintenance -We Are not Responsible for how buyer installs/alters their wig/extensions (this includes but not limited to Styling and heat styling, Lace tinting, Lace cutting, Chemical altering, Coloring / Bleaching, Excessive Product Usage, or poor handling.) -It is up to the buyer to maintain and properly install their wigs/extensions to ensure its Longevity. - For best results it is recommended that you have your wigs/extensions maintenance and any chemical change by The Dreya Michelle Brand or any professional . Frontal Agreement Form I Fully Understand that Frontal Wigs will consist of the following below: -High Maintenance -Will require an additional 25-30 minutes daily for proper application (If adhesive is not used). -Will not Damage my natural hair or edges and will promote healthy hair growth WITH PROPER APPLICATION. -Can have a tendency to Shed or accumulate balding spots due to normal wear and tear. -Are better suited for daily take off and on. -Are ideal for occasions and are NOT every day wig units. -Requires gentle attention and daily maintenance. -Sleek Hairlines Will speed the normal process of lace thinning/balding -Requires "How to" knowledge " i.e.; how to blend hairline. Please note we do offer a frontal replacement service which will result in a reconstruction fee and cost of a new frontal. Remember: Lace is a Fabric and is sometimes very delicate Additional information Disputes are not permitted ! By completing a purchase with The Dreya Michelle Brand you are agreeing to our policies and waiving all right to file a dispute against us. Disputes hurt the integrity of our business and we would prefer to handle any situation directly with our consumer . Billing & shipping address must match. If not you must provide copies of your ID and card used to purchase, failure to do so will result in order cancellation. For all orders over $100 you are required to complete a "Verification form" This form must be completed within 48 hours from purchase . Failure to do so will result in order cancellation.
