Wig Refresh (Wigs from other Companies)

This service is designed for wigs not originally purchased from our collection that require a professional refresh and restyling.

Includes:

• Deep Cleansing to remove buildup and residue 
• Conditioning treatment to improve overall softness 
  
• Added wig security if needed (Elastic Band or Comb) based on selection
• Hairline Touch up (plucking) Based on selection 
• Restyling based on selected preferences 

Please Note:

• Results are not guaranteed and depend on the original quality of the wig
• Excessive shedding, matting or damage may limit final results
• Color shades may appear different depending on lighting (Natural vs studio)
• We do not preform certain chemical services such as Bleaching on outside wigs

Coloring Services:

• Custom color options : Jet Black, Brown or Burgundy on Natural Black units only. 
• For 613 units ,semi permanent custom color options are available (Please upload your color preference)
• Current Color touch ups are available (Solid colors only)

Before you Book:

To ensure a smooth service experience , please review the following guidelines prior to selecting your service

• Only 100% Human hair is accepted , Human hair blends or synthetic hair is not accepted
• Processing time begins once your unit is received and assessed (Standard Processing = 15 business days. Rush Processing = 7-10 business days)
• Shipping Times are approximately 3 Business Days and separate from processing times 

Additional Information:

• Units are Styled prior to shipping but may require light restyling after delivery 
• Final Results may vary depending on the condition, quality and history of the unit.
• Units requiring more work may be subject to service adjustments or added fees
• By booking , you acknowledge and agree to all service terms and policies
