Wig Customization

Wig Customization includes:

-Bleached & Toned Knots

-Plucked Hairline 

-Shampoo & Deep Condition

-Styling NOT included. Unit will be air dried to its natural state.

(To add styling, select your style preference on the order page)

-PLEASE NOTE : Heavy layers remove 2-4 inches of length from wig !

-PLEASE NOTE A TRIM WILL BE GIVEN TO REMOVE THIN / SPLIT ENDS

Processing Times:

Processing Time Begins on the following business day after I receive your unit.

(Ex. Wig delivered on a Saturday, processing begins 2 days later , on Monday)

Standard Processing = 7 -10 business days (business days are days in which the business is open!
This does not include holidays , off days or weekends.

Rush Processing = 3-5 business days (This option requires an additional fee of $55 & must be added at time of purchase )

Please Note : Shipping time are separate from processing times.

For the best results, We recommend using high-quality wigs. The outcome of bleaching knots, plucking ,and styling depend heavily on the wig’s quality!

Only 100% Human hair is accepted , Human hair blends or synthetic hair is not accepted.

The Dreya Michelle Brand is not responsible for low performance and cannot guarantee results on low quality wigs!
