Wig Customization

This Service is designed for new wigs only.

Previously worn units must be booked under a refresh service to ensure proper presentation and results.

Includes:

•  Customization of lace and hairline plucking for a natural appearance 
• Knot bleaching and toning (Where applicable based on lace condition)
• Defined parting based on selection (Middle , side, etc)
• Trim to remove any split ends
• Stying and finishing as selected 

Please Note:

• For the best results, We recommend using high-quality wigs. The outcome of the service depend heavily on the wig’s quality
• Lace quality and wig density will impart final results 
• Colors may appear different depending on lighting (Natural vs studio)

Before you Book:

To ensure a smooth service experience , please review the following guidelines prior to selecting your service

• Only 100% Human hair is accepted , Human hair blends or synthetic hair is not accepted
• Processing time begins once your unit is received and assessed (Standard Processing = 7-10 business days. Rush Processing = 3-5 business days.)
• Shipping Times are approximately 3 Business Days and separate from processing times 

Additional Information:

• Units are Styled prior to shipping but may require light restyling after delivery 
• Final Results may vary depending on the condition, quality and history of the unit.
• Units requiring more work may be subject to service adjustments or added fees
• By booking , you acknowledge and agree to all service terms and policies
